The Dream Team – Leadership and Management for Support Staff Team Leaders
(delivered in partnership with Dorset County Council)
This 4 –day course ran successfully for the second time this year and ended with a half-day review (and cream tea!) on March 19th. It focused on the leadership and development of support staff teams in schools with a strong emphasis on the practice and application of coaching skills. Participants included senior teaching assistants, administrators, finance officers and an ICT technician.
