Nerys Hughes is a children’s Occupational Therapist, with advanced practitioner recognition in sensory processing disorders. She is the founder and clinical director of Whole Child Therapy in Greenwich in London. WCT is one of the first multi-disciplinary social enterprise clinics in the UK, providing occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, nutritional therapy, play therapy and family support, for families, schools and charities. She and the WCT team are currently working with SeeAbilty to create national standards for children with learning difficulties. Nerys Hughes lectures across the UK on the treatment and management of sensory processing disorders. Her commitment to multi-professional practice that is both evidenced based and effective is the core of WCT values.
