Following on from a successful course last year, we are pleased to be offering the ‘Youth Mental Health First Aid’ course in March 2024.

Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. On completion of the two days you will qualify as a Youth Mental Health First Aider.

The 2 day course will be running on Thursday 21st March and Friday 22nd March.
