Head teachers, Seán Kretz, Diane Makariou and Joe Barnett have undergone Pilot Ofsted inspections in their schools recently. ​TADSS is now administering the established and well  regarded Higher Level Teaching Assistants programme.  This provides a three day face to face preparation programme for assessment for Teaching Assistants in both Deveon and Dorset. ​Click here for flyer: FLYER – HLTA

Many thanks to Dorset Council’s Family Support Zone team who provided an excellent placement for a Follow the Leader candidate in The Summer term. Deputy Head teacher NB spent three days shadowing leaders in the Family Support Zone team and received mentoring and coaching from TADSS to maximise the impact of her placement.

” She was really impressed, both for the warmth with which they received her and for the professionalism they bring to their role. She was particularly taken with the fact that the team has retained a central focus on the needs of children, despite the many pressures they are under in their work.” ​
