This is a day designed for you to develop your understanding of yourself as a leader and how you work with others in your team and across your school setting.

Beginning with the question: how does leadership differ from management, we will reflect on different leadership styles, how teams can work effectively to help staff achieve their best. We will look at the role of coaching conversations, motivation, and delivering feedback.

Led by three experienced school leaders we hope to support, enthuse and inspire you with a range of activities to increase your confidence in your work at the heart of the educational process.
