“PE can be a vehicle for achieving personal learning goals”

“PE is fun and SO purposeful!”   “Great day, many thanks”

“A good mixture of information and practical ideas”

“I’ve come away rethinking how I deliver PE lessons – fun and informative..”

Twenty two colleagues from special and mainstream schools joined this TADSS course at the Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy recently and had a great day. Matt Lloyd from Create Development shared fun games, inclusive practice and ideas for celebrating achievement of all participants in a PE session. Ros McGill from Beaucroft Special School gave invaluable advice about helping pupils with ASD overcome their anxieties around PE and Sue Marshall from Wyvern Academy delivered in depth knowledge about the MOVE programme and philosophy for pupils with disabilities.
