The Leadership Development committee continue to encourage coaches and coachees to meet following the Leadership Development Day last summer.  We have had good feedback from coaching pairs who have continued to meet and who have highlighted how useful developing a coaching conversation with a colleague is to your own professional development.

This year we have facilitated staff from across TADSS to attend internships at Yewstock and Westfield School; these are tailor made for you in discussion with partner schools to meet your leadership development needs and are a valuable opportunity for developing your leadership skills.  If you wish to undertake an internship, please speak to your Leadership Development committee member who will signpost you to the form.

Other development s in the pipeline include improving the development of leaders of class teams and leaders of subjects, as well as leaders from across the school spectrum.   If you would like to get involved in this then contact Tessa or myself and come and join us for an excellent development opportunity.
